Mr. Kolokoltsev was born in 1962. He graduated from Pavlodar Industrial Institute majoring in heat power engineering. In 2003-2004 he attended an extended education course at the Academy of National Economy under the "Corporate Development Management" program. From 2003 to 2004 Mr. Kolokoltsev held the position of the Head of the Repair Organization and Engineering Support Unit of the Power Plant Department of OJSC RAO UES of Russia, and from 2004 to 2006 worked as the Head of the Production Program Analysis Department of Business Unit No. 2 of RAO UES of Russia. From 2006 to 2008 - General Director of OJSC Experimental HPP and LLC EnergoActive. From 2008 to 2009 - Head of the Repair, Technical Upgrading and Reconstruction Department of CJSC IES.In 1998 he was awarded a certificate of honour of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, in 1999 - a certificate of honour of RAO UES of Russia, and in 2000 - a badge "80 Years of the GOELRO (State Commission for Electrification of Russia) Plan". In 2004 he was awarded the title of "Honoured Employee of the Integrated Energy System". |
