Andrey Vagner was born on August 17, 1957. After graduating from Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute he worked at the Zapadno-Sibirskaya HPP, where he worked his career from the central turbine control panel operator up to the power plant director. From 1998 to 2000 he worked as the Executive Director, Senior Deputy of the General Director of OJSC Kuzbassenergo. Andrey Vagner was also the head of the Power Plant Department of RAO UES of Russia and later occupied the position of the deputy managing director of Business Unit No. 2 of RAO UES of Russia. Since 2006, he has been the head of JSC TGC-2. |
