This business unit is based on generating and heat supply assets of OJSC TGC-6 with its central office in Nizhny Novgorod. The total installed capacity of the business unit's 14 heat and power plants, 1 state district power plant (GRES), and 3 heating plants is 3,112.5 MW of power and 10,688.8 GCal/h of heat. The business unit employs over 6,600 people.
