СJSC Integrated Energy Systems is Russia's largest private power supply and gas distribution company.  The company was established in December 2002 to implement strategic investment programs in the Russian power industry.

IES manages and holds strategic/majority interest in four TGCs (TGC-5, TGC-6, TGC-9, VoTGC). It is the fifth largest power supply company in Russia in terms of installed capacity, and the largest Russian heat producer. The company's principal areas of business include power generation, development of generating facilities, energy trading; retail heat and power distribution, and gas transportation.

Generation - the total installed capacity of IES-Holding's power plants is about 16,000 MW. In 2008, the heat and power plants of IES-Holding produced 68 601 million kWh of power.   Heat - the holding company accounts for 12% of the Russian centralized heat supply market. The heat and power plants of IES-Holding generated 120.4 million GCal of heat in 2008.   Gas Distribution - the company serves over 4,000,000 individual subscribers and 20,900 companies   Retail - IES's retail suppliers serve over 10,000,000 individuals and about 62,000 legal entities.
