Chubais Says WGC Configuration Will Not Be Changed
The current configurations of Wholesale Generating Companies (WGC) established while reforming the Russian electrical power industry are final and will not be reconsidered, Anatoly Chubais, Chairman of the RAO UES of Russia (RTS: EESR, EESRP) Board of Directors, told journalists Wednesday in Moscow.
He also said that Gazprom never suggested that WGC configurations be changed.
