CJSC Inter RAO UES has commissioned an automated management system for the wholesale electric power market operations and for export and import operations developed by Borlas consulting group, Inter RAO UES reports. CJSC Inter RAO UES Deputy Director General Vyacheslav Artamonov has reported that the system has been developed by Borlas consultants using a number of Oracle software products. Introduction of the system has solved problems related to automation of power traders operations, contract work in the wholesale power market, optimization of selection of partners when striking deals in the NOREM market, support of contract work in export and import operations and financial accounting of export and import operations. CJSC Inter RAO UES is a subsidiary of OJSC RAO UES of Russia and FSUE Concern Rosenergoatom that own 60 and 40 percent of Inter RAO UES shares respectively. The company was established in May, 1997. The main lines of activities of CJSC Inter RAO UES are organization of cross-border electric power supplies and power supplies to domestic and foreign consumers while ensuring efficient investments and broadening the range of the offered services. |
