RAO UES of Russia to Produce 151.4Bn kWh in 3Q 2007

RAO UES of Russia power plants are to generate 151.4 billion kWh of power and ship 55.7 billion kWh of heat in the third quarter of 2007, according to a forecast of the holding company. Thermoelectric power plants of the holding company will generate 119.2 billion kWh of power and 55.7 billion kWh of heat. Hydroelectric power plants will generate 32.2 million Gcal of electric power. Wholesale generating companies will produce 78.9 billion kWh of power and ship 2.1 million Gcal of heat. Territorial generating companies will produce 48.6 billion kWh of power and ship 37 million Gcal of heat, according to a RAO UES of Russia press release.
