Officials Fail to Understand How RAO UES Is Going to Buy Shares of Power Machines
Last Tuesday several news agencies, with reference to an unnamed governmental source, reported that RAO UES of Russia had not submitted to the Government any documents that would clearly define the procedure of acquiring the 22.43% shares of Power Machines currently owned by Interros. RAO UES claims that all documents have been filed, and analysts explain the questions of the Government to RAO by the usual red tape.
