Zones of Privileged Energy Supply to Energy-Intensive Customers May Be Created in Russia
The Russian Ministry for Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) is now working on the development of special zones to attract energy-intensive customers. Within such zones, the procedure for connecting consumers to the power grids will be simplified and the connection fee will be reduced to minimum values.
