RAO UES of Russia to Enlist Private Business for Construction of Small Hydropower Plants in Southern Federal District
RAO UES of Russia intends to complete development of seven projects on construction of small hydropower plants in Karachaevo-Cherkessia and submit them for consideration of private businessmen by the end of March, 2007, the energy holding company’s CEO, Anatoly Chubais told reporters.
