Board of Directors of OAO “Russian Communal Utility Systems” approved the issuing of 3-year bonds for 1,5 bln RUR

Board of Directors of “Russian Communal Utility Systems” on the Meeting of December 23 approved the issue of first session bonded loan amounted to 1,5 mln RUR. The bonded debt allows to refinance a current credit portfolio of the joint-stock company’s obligations. The initiator of the first issue is “Gasprombank”.

IES supported the joining of Permskaya and Sverdlovsk Generating Companies to Territorial Generating Company-9

IES-Holding on the Shareholders Meeting of OAO “Territorial Generating Company-9” (TGC-9) supported the joining of OAO “Permskaya Generating Company” and OAO “Sverdlovskaya Generating Company” to TGC. As it is planned, the joining should be completed in the first quarter of year 2006

IES-Prikamie Won Tender for the Management of Power Supply Facilities in Dobryank Town for Five Years

From the middle of January the company will manage power facilities in the town of Dobryansk, which will become the 16th town in the Perm Region where IES-Prikamie is presented.

Ministry of Energy and Industry Has Developed RF-Finland Power Bridge Project

The Ministry of Energy and Industry of the RF has submitted to the Russian Government the Russian-Finnish project of the construction of a high voltage cable under the Gulf of Finland for the export of Russian power to Finland, the Ministry informed Thursday.

IES to Double Investments into the Construction of Gas Pipe Lines in the Sverdlovsk Region Up To 123.4 M Rubles

Ural Gas Grids Company (IES-Holding structure) plans to increase investments into the construction of gas pile lines by 1.8 times to 123.5 M rubles in 2006. 120 km of gas pipe lines are planned to be built.
