Board of Directors of “Russian Communal Utility Systems” on the Meeting of December 23 approved the issue of first session bonded loan amounted to 1,5 mln RUR. The bonded debt allows to refinance a current credit portfolio of the joint-stock company’s obligations. The initiator of the first issue is “Gasprombank”.
