27-07-2009

OJSC Sverdlovenergosbyt (the member of IES-Holding's Retail Division) has concluded the first medium-term Power Supply Contract of the EES.Garant at the fixed price. The Contract has been concluded with the Ural Fish, a Novouralsk fish-processing plant, with effective period till the end of the year.

Anatoly Nikitko, General Director of the plant, said that the proposal proved to be well-timed. The price fixing will significantly facilitate further operation of our business structure.  "Now we don't have to concern ourselves with planning and calculating the expenditures for energy resources each month. Besides, we have secured ourselves against unpredictable price increase," - said A. Nikitko.

A new product of the IES.Garant has aroused a great interest among the clients of the company.  Today several more contracts are being on approval at the Sverdlovenergosbyt. "The interest expressed by the representatives of these business segments to the new product is not occasional. As a rule, all they participate in tenders and successful contracting depends largely on the exact level of prices of their products and services.  It is naturally, that they strive for fixing of energy price for a long period," - said Sergey Popov, Executive Director of OJSC Sverdlovenergosbyt.

According to the preliminary estimates, over 1,000 retail consumers located in the Sverdlovsk region are prospective customers of power supply at fixed prices. They are mainly small and medium-sized businesses.
