On 22 September 2009, Sergey Grachev, Chairman of the Orenburg Region's Government and First Vice Governor of the Orenburg Region held a business meeting with IES-Holding executives: Andrey Shishkin, First Vice President, Director for Operations and Sergey Emelchenkov, Executive Vice President, Retail Division Director. They discussed operational readiness of power supply plants of the Orenburg Region for heating season; heat and electric power tariffs for 2010, and implementation of socio-economic partnership agreement between IES-Holding and the regional government.  Andrey Shishkin emphasized that the Orenburg Region is one of the best regions in IES-Holding's business area in terms of due payment for consumed electric power, and that stable payments contribute for high quality and reliability of power supply in the whole region. In his turn, Sergey Grachev expressed his satisfaction with the implementation of socio-economic partnership agreement and relationships between the power companies and the regional administration in solving occasional problems.
In the meeting also took part Aleksandr Medvedev, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade of the Orenburg Region; Vladimir Gorkov, Director of Orenburg Region's Prices and Tariffs Regulation Department; Sergey Reshetilo, Managing Director of Orenburgenergosbyt; and Aleksandr Vlaznev, General Director of Orenburg Heat-Generating Company (Orenburg TGC). In the afternoon, Andrey Shishkin and Sergey Emelchenkov visited IES-Holding branches (Orenburgenergosbyt and Orenburg TGC), customer service centers, and the wind power station - an experimental project of Orenburg power engineers. |
