In September 2009, OJSC Vostoksibelektrosetstroy (a part of EnergoStroyEngineering National Corporation) completed construction and commissioned a 110 kV HV line (HPP-10 - Urik) and a 110/35/10 kV substation in Urik (Irkutsk Region). OJSC Irkutsk Electricity Grid Company acted as Customer of the construction project. The function of General contractor was carried out by OJSC Vostoksibelektrosetstroy who began construction in August 2008 and fully completed all works in September 2009. Design work was carried out by Vostoksibselenergoproekt Institute. Engineering supervision was provided by East Electricity Grid (a subsidiary of OJSC Irkutsk Electricity Grid Company). Within the framework of the project, OJSC Vostoksibelektrosetstroy carried out construction and commissioning works at the 1st starting unit of 110/35/10 kV substation in Urik and built 2 power lines: a double-circuit 110 kV HV line (13.5 km) and a double-circuit 35 kV HV line (5.5 km). The project also included full supply of necessary equipment and consumables, and also construction of some auxiliary facilities along the line and at the substation. The first starting unit of 110/35/10 kV Urik substation was put into operation on 4 September 2009. The substation is protected with a 25 MVA transformer; it will receive electric power by a 110 kV HV line from HPP-10. The decision to optimize the existing electric grid scheme in the right-bank part of Irkutsk and Irkutsk district suburbs was made in 2007. In a few months, a new scheme of electric power supply was developed. It includes a large 110/35/10 kV tie-station in the village of Urik connected with HPP-10 (Angarsk) by a double-circuit 110 kV HV line. The modern-type rigid busbar block-container substation is very compact and small in size. It is equipped with the newest switches and disconnectors. All control elements are in special blocks - this will allow adding additional blocks and sections for HV line and the second transformer in the future. Implementation of this project will help to solve the problem of power supply deficit not only in the Irkutsk district but also in the right-bank part of Irkutsk where a great number of new residential buildings and public facilities have been built lately. CJSC National Corporation EnergoStroyEngineering (Former name: CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering) On 22 June 2009 the Closed Joint-Stock Company IES-EnergoStroyEngineering changed its name. Since then in all in-house and external documents the new name of the company has been used: Closed Joint-Stock Company National Corporation EnergoStroyEngineering (CJSC NC ESE). The change of name is not connected with the company reorganization and does not entail any changes for its contracting parties. CJSC National Corporation EnergoStroyEngineering has the following sphere of business activities: design and construction of power generating facilities; application of innovative engineering and technological solutions; key-turn construction and commissioning of new facilities. The Corporation includes the following companies: OJSC Vostoksibelektrosetstroy (Irkutsk); OJSC Sibelektrosetstroy (Novosibirsk); OJSC Zapsibelektrosetstroy (Surgut); and OJSC Noyabrskelektrosetstroy (Noyabrsk). The Corporation works on the territory of the Russian Federation and has representation offices in Germany, Morocco and Uzbekistan. |
