Branches intended for implementation of priority investment programs will be established within TGC-5, TGC-6, Volga TGC and TGC-9, generating companies of IES-Holding. The respective regulations will be approved by the Boards of these companies. The branches will be created to enhance efficiency of investment program implementation due to concentration of all resources and authorities in one division. These authorities used to be allocated to various services and divisions of generation companies. Creation of the branches will also enable an increase of the reporting transparency regardign the priority investment projects, while the reporting procedures will be systematized to comply with the standards of controlling bodies. Such structures with the TGCs are necessitated by construction of production facilities and preparation for generation equipment installation under a number of projects. By 2015, IES-Holding will be implementing Diadem, a priority investment program which includes 16 projects with a capacity from 10 to 440 MW in 10 Russian regions such as the Republics of Mari El, Komi and Udmurtia, Perm Territory and Sverdlovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ivanovo, Orenburg and Samara Regions. This program will consist of 11 obligatory investment projects and 5 large-scale priority projects of IES. |
