On 19 May 2010, the Board of Directors of TGC-9 held a meeting in absentia at which a number of issues relating to annual general meeting of shareholders were discussed. The meeting approved of the date, time and place of holding the general meeting of shareholders. However, the Board of Directors did not make any resolutions relating to distribution of profit and loss based on the results of the fiscal year 2009, or payment of dividends. The majority of the Board of Directors who took part in the meeting in absentia voted against the payment of dividends. These issues will be discussed at the next Board meeting to be held no later than May 30, 2010.
The announcement concerning the Board of Director's resolution with recommendations on the amount of dividends to be paid for 2009 came as a result of a clerical error. |
