TGC-6 will channel most of its profit per 2008 for the investment program implementation
OJSC TGC-6 will channel its net profit per 2008 in the amount of 44.2 million rub. for the investment program implementation and 2.3 million rub. to the reserve fund. This decision was made at the Company shareholders’ general meeting on June 22. Thus, shareholders made the decision not to pay out dividends of the equity shares of OJSC TGC-6.

1,000 Piles Driven into Ground Laying Foundation for Future Steam and Gas Unit at Syzran HPP
IES-Holding and Volga TGC continue implementation of the company’s priority investment projects, i.e. the construction of steam and gas units (SGU) at Syzran HPP and Novokuibyshev HPP-1. At the moment, the sites are being prepared for construction of buildings in the territory of the plants, where new power-generating equipment will be installed later on.

Siemens Produced Two SGT-800 Gas-Turbine Units for Perm HPP-6 within IES-Holding Investment Project
Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB in Finspong (Sweden) produced two SGT-800 gas-turbine units for Perm HPP-6 within an IES-Holding investment project (Urals Generation Division). The shipment of the turbines to Russia is planned for July.

Third IT Session Conducted by IES-Holding
On June 11-13, 2009, an IT Session of IES-Holding was conducted in Nizhniy Novgorod. Representatives of IT departments of the companies controlled by CJSC IES, IT service companies of the Holding (Strategic Business-Systems, LLC, Group Vista, LLC), the largest Russian suppliers of IT solutions and integrators took part in the event. The leading Russian and international IT companies such as Avaya, Cisco, AyTecho, Krok, Lanit, Ð.Â.Ñ. became the partners of the IES-Holding in organizing the event, and CIO (Chief Information Officer) and Energorynok (Energy Market) magazines – its informational sponsors.

Internal audit of the quality management system (QMS), which started today in Orenburg Thermal Generating Company, will continue until July 2. These activities will also cover the following subdivisions of the company: Sakmarsk HPP and Orenburg Heat Networks.

OJSC Zapsibelektrosetstroy Celebrates 35th Anniversary.
On June 12, OJSC Zapsibelektrosetstroy Trust (member of IES-EnergoStroyEngineering Group) celebrates the 35th anniversary of its establishment.
The trust was established in 1974 on the basis of Uralelektrosetstroy, the oldest trust in the history of the Soviet power industry, and became the pioneer of electric grid construction in the Tyumen North.
