ZAO "Integrated Energy Systems" - Prikamye"

In March 2004 the ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” — Prikamye” founders meeting was held in Perm.

The company founders were ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems”, ZAO “Energy Company of Municipal Bodies — Perm”, the State regional unitary energy enterprise “Oblkommunenergo” and nine municipal unitary enterprises: “Town communal electrical networks” (Solikamsk), “Gorelektroset” (Kungur), “Municipal electrical networks” (Kizel), “Vereschagino town electrical networks” (Vereschagino), “Town electrical networks” (Chusovoy), “Ocher town electrical networks” (Ocher), “Gornozavodsk electrical networks” (Gornozavodsk), “Gorenergo” (Gremyachinsk), “Suksun municipal electrical networks” (settlement Suksun).

The capital stock of “IES–Perm” was approved as 60 million rubles.

The head of Solikamsk local government M. V. Bogdanov was appointed chairman of the board of directors of OAO “CES–Prikamye”.

The company will sell electric power for the municipal enterprises and maintain the electrical networks of the constituent companies and other organizations. In addition, “CES–Prikamye” is intending to enter the Federal wholesale electric energy (power) market.

The new company will:

• Ensure the energy security in the region;
• Greatly reduce the administrative and running costs of municipal enterprises by introducing new management techniques, modern systems of production and consumer resource accounting;
• Optimize the energy supply system and develop a big client base in the region.
