Irkutskenergo share management

ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” controls a block of shares of OAO “Irkutskenergo” on behalf of OAO “SUAL–Holding” shareholders.

The control over this block of shares is managed through the participation of the representatives of ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” on the board of directors of OAO “Irkutskenergo”, in its panels, committees and work groups.

ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” is aimed at increasing the efficiency of work and the successful reform and restructuring of the biggest independent energy system in the Russian Federation. The company’s specialists create the development strategy of the company and programmes of production optimization and expense reduction; form the investment policy; decide on the methods of financial and economic management; organize business planning and improve accounting.

Complex services of industrial enterprises

In the framework of providing the energy component of SUAL group, ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” has developed the energy strategy of OAO “SUAL–Holding” and provides the energy expertise for projects relating to the expansion of the production capacity of plants. Also, the interests of large energy consumers are represented in FEC, NCP “ATS” and RAO “UES of Russia”.

One of the interesting projects for the company has become its involvement in the Komi-Aluminium project.

The following energy aspects of constructing the alumina-aluminium complex in the Republic of Komi have been developed:

• Power production balance
• Operating regime of power–transmission system
• Reliability and regularity of energy supply
• Long–term contract of energy supply with RAO “UES of Russia”
• Gas supply contract to Pechora SDPS (State District Power Station)
