Heat Investment Company, Syktyvkar
ZAO “Integrated Energy Systems” took part in the foundation of OAO “Syktyvkar Heat Investment Company” (founded on 31st March 2003).
The aim of the company is the restructuring of heating supply system of the city.
ZAO “IES” specialists have developed a business strategy of the project, the agreements with the partners of the project have been made and a pilot area defined where the new technologies for construction of effective system of heat supply will be realised in practice.
The project for the restructuring of heating systems in Syktyvkar has federal status. After successful completion of this pilot project, new technologies for the optimisation of the heating business will be recommended for distribution into other Russian regions.
Heat supply system construction in Syktyvkar stipulates:
- exclusion of intermediaries in consumer-supplier chain
- establishment of new cost formation rules,
- provision of grants for those who need them
- establishment of consumer payment and grant systems
- 20—30 % heat loss reduction in networks by means of heat supply system optimisation
ZAO “IES” is separately considering the possibility of a heating station construction in Syktyvkar, boiler shop modernisation and the construction of small boiler shops with capacity from 1 to 5 megawatt.
