Date of Birth: January 20, 1964. Graduated from Izhevsk Mechanical Institute (Instrument Engineering Faculty; discipline: Design Engineer - Radio Electronic Instrument Technologist). In 1987 appointed Instructor of Oktyabrsky District Committee of VLKSM; joined the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs in Izhevsk. Since 1991 - Deputy of the Oktyabrsky District Council of People's Deputies, Chairman of Law Enforcement Committee; subsequently - Vice Chairman of the District Council of People's Deputies. Since 1994 - Assistant to Deputy of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, V.N. Podoprigora. In 1997, became General Director of the Image Contact 18 company (part of the Image Contact consulting group). In 2003-2004 - Deputy Head of Public Relations Office, Head of Press Service of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor. Since April 2004 - Advisory to General Director of CJSC RENOVA. From May 2005 till February 2008 worked as Head of Regional Projects Directorate of Corporate Development Institute. Since February 2008 has been Senior Vice President for Strategic Communications and Regional Policy of
