Trading

The purpose of this business unit is creation and implementation of a single strategy of IES in the wholesale power and capacity market, trading in the wholesale market on behalf of IES companies, and management of IES's generating capacities load. It is also in charge of fuel supply to IES's generating companies. This involves signing long-term contacts with Gazsprom and independent gas suppliers, participation in medium-term and long-term gas trading, and procurement of coal and fuel oil. Responsibilities of this business unit also include definition of general operation principles and cooperation with key clients of IES-Holding which include large industrial holding companies and consumers directly connected to terminals and manifolds of the plants.

The number of employees exceeds 150 people. The business unit operates in the wholesale market and ensures fuel procurement for TGC-5, TGC-6, TGC-7, and TGC-9.
